All mid-year applications (every application other than for a September Reception intake) must be made directly to the school using both the Mid-Year Application (MYA) form and a Supplementary Information Form (SIF) in case of a waiting list. The school's policies and forms can be found in the documents section below. Reception Intake

The admissions process for children starting school in Reception the following September, starts in November each year. Parents applying for a September Reception intake place must complete the online form on the Essex admissions website (or via the Suffolk process, if you live in Suffolk) and also our SIF (Supplementary Information Form). 

School tours for prospective parents of the reception intake in September 2026.

Our open evening is on Tuesday 4th November at 18:00.  There will be tours led by our year 6 pupils and a presentation by the headteacher and reception teachers (this will start at 19:00).  This will be followed by 'stay and play' sessions on Wednesday 5th and Thursday 6th November.  A chance for you and your child to spend time in the classroom together.  Please call the school office to book.
